We will take your order and contact information, and answer any questions you might have as to style, color, and wording; we will also confirm your method of payment (see below). Please place your order as far ahead as possible. During peak periods, particularly April and May, it may take up to 2 weeks to complete your order.
We have many special images available to personalize your ribbons; click here to see them. Your company logo or other artwork can also be printed for an additional cost of $25-$30; call us for details on the type of artwork we can accept. Please allow an extra week to complete orders with customer-supplied art.
Payment is required before order is shipped. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as debit cards. If you wish to use a Purchase Order, please fill out a credit application and fax or email it to us. Orders are shipped for the cost of postage plus a $3 handling fee.
A 10% discount is given for any order over 400 ribbons. A 15% discount is given for any order placed 90 days before it is due.
We try to accept and fill all orders on a timely basis. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion. All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. Please give us as much time as possible to print your order.
